Problems with new computer.Yesterday it wouldn,t start it got as far as
the window squares on boot then the screens went blank and switched off.
This morning I tried and it did start but it's slightly changed, where it normally went straight from the squares to the desktop it now goes blank for a short while before it boots the desktop.
Anyway I had bought another SSD and decided to clone the drive with Acronis True Image in case it was a fault in the original SSD.
The cloning seemed to go OK but when I tried to boot I get the message "bootmgr is missing". This message appears no matter which drive I connect. I went into the Bios and there are 2 drives again I swopped priority but no difference. How can I rectify the missing bootmanager?
