Freezing during online video's or while surfing web

So i did a system reset about a week ago, (put the windows disk in, delete all files, start over. Everthing ran fine until a day ago. Anytime i try to play a video online, (youtube, facebook, ANY video) it starts, plays with no sound for about 3-8 secons, and freezes. I have to restart the computer. It is also doing it on certain websites, for example i forgot my password and reset it for this site, it froze while going through my GMAIL account, and froze again when i reset the PW. My video card is up to date, i downloaded cc cleaner, ran a scan with kaspersky (my antivirus), nothing, still doing the same thing. Its strange because it worked fine after i rebooted windows, and then just started freezing, i dont get it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. my system specs are as follows.
