How to Uninstall SoftICE?

I just happened across this text message located at C:\I386:

The software for NuMega softICE is not compatible with this version of Microsoft Windows and will be disabled during the upgrade. You should uninstall this software for a more complete solution.

I cannot find any mention of NuMega or softICE in my Add/Delete application, nor under my Programs folder, and I never installed this debugger. However, I purchased PC as a refurb from HP some years ago - so maybe original owner installed it. Anybody know how to fully uninstall it as suggested by MicroSoft?

I'm running XP Pro.
