My friend received a xps all in one computer from his job. He asked me to take a look at it because it will boot up and you can hear the windows sound when it does. The screen will show the DELL splash but after that the screen goes out. I can press the blue monitor button on the bottom right of the screen and it will come back on for a split second and then it goes out again. I'm not sure if it is a graphic card problem because when it comes on, after pressing monitor button, you can clearly see the desktop. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.
