Cleaning up personal folder for Office 2007

I recently left a company that the email was set up as an exchange account within Office 2007. When I removed the account the system wouldn't let me remove it completely because of the personal folder. I tried making a new personal folder and then making the new one the default. The old one is still there along with the archived folder. Now when outlook opens it's asking for the old personal folder.

The I figured , uninstall office, but after the re-install it's like it never never left. Outlook, instead of starting fresh for complete email re-entries, came back as nothing changed
