Hello techs:
I have a bunch of problems so there is no ONE problem.
Explorer closes and maybe I can reopen a page or I have to close and reopen...this happens for regular online and even worse I can't send emails, they freeze and I can't continue them and I loose all my message. Can't copy and paste. Ticks me off when emailing with 4 paragraphs and it freezes before the save time and I could be 2 paragraphs behind. I have to constantly re-click to continue typing.
Tired of getting kicked out of my ONLINE games. When playing sometimes the game will stay up and I can play for hours, OR it flips to my desktop about every 30 seconds. I then have to stop and run all of scans and try again...
I have Speedy PC Pro, PC Tuneup Maestro, and Fix Cleaner. I can't run Spybot and my system will not allow me to download McAfee even though my boyfriend has a subscription for both machines.
I have a memory problem so I will do my best to give you the required information.
Windows 7, Dell XPS 8300, Service Pack 1, 64-bit operating system, DtUser error msg.
I have tried different sites, and most of them state..."Free download" yeah that part is FREE, but that's it!
