Hi there, I am trying to roll back from 2012 to the 2009 Windows Live Mail and cannot get the last component to uninstall, which apparently is required before installing the older version.
I tried uninstalling from the control panel with no success. I was able to uninstall all the other components, but when I try to uninstall family security, I get the error message 0x80070643 and says that some other program is blocking it.
I turned off windows firewall and disabled family security and made sure its process isn't running, but it still gives the error and will not allow me to install the older version.
In the mean time, I have no access to email via my PC. Thanks for your help!
