I have an old Sharp camcorder that I recorded about 20 tapes on. I would like to convert those onto dvds after first getting them on my computer.
The Sharp camera only has one audio/video hole to plug in the cord. On the other end of that cord is the three colored plugs for going into the tv or vcr (yellow, red, and white).
What hardware or software do I need to start making the transfer?
What I've tried so far: ((I have an older version of Roxio VHS to DVD and I installed the software, but when uploading videos the recording goes off every 10 seconds with a "signal protected" error message. There is no way to keep it recording onto computer. From what I've read on Roxios website, aparently this software is really for windows xp and vista. I have windows 7.))
