Sometimes when I save a text document in Word (on my WinXP) computer, I notice that the size of the file is enormous (maybe 8MB), when it is only a few paragraphs. When I open the document I notice 90% of the documents only shows the following in 90 percent of the page.
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
Does anyone know what is causing this? I try to erase the \\\\\\ but I am just cannot get rid of them.
Any ideas?
