We have an Epson wifi printer which is attached to a pc with a usb cable and works perfectly. We also have 2 laptops which used to print direct to this same printer. However, something has happened and now neither laptop can print, the printer status says it is offline. To get round this we have to put stuff on a pen drive and plug this into the pc in order for it to print. We have reset the printer to factory settings and now the laptops do not see this printer when they look to add a wifi or wireless printer.
Can anyone advise on how to get both laptops to recognise the printer and get it back "online"? The printer has been deleted within the control panel as we thought it we readded it, the problem would resolve. We even deleted the printer from the main pc and reinstalled it from plug and play and still no joy :confused::confused:
