For a while now all the USB mice have seemed to stop working on my zoostorm laptop, though other USB devices work fine.
I had been using a Microsoft mouse which installs with its own program and such and then it wasn't working properly so I tried in another USB slot and it seemed to work fine for awhile until it had same problems of scroll speed and such resetting.
After about a week of this it just stopped working and I got unrecognised device messages and other mice got the same message also, despite all working on other computers.
I have tried doing what I know with updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling and such things but it said all drivers are up to date and just always gave the unrecognised device messages.
I dunno if you would want this but I remember doing this for other problems:
