With an impending lightning storm approaching, I clicked to shut down computer and inpatiently unpluged unit before it shut down. Next morning I could'nt get it to boot up normally and tried all the prompts for windows repair to no avail. Even removed battery before restarting. Always goes to repair wizard then after several minutes states cannot fix starting problem. Also by pressing the F8 button I got a new set of repair options also with no positive result. Is there anything I can do short of taking it to a technition? len
