Unable to install Win7

A friend of mine got the FBI virus, so she backed up all her data, then began the process of a "system restore", but it did not work.

I've walked her through downloading the original ISO file for Win7 (Home Premium) from Digital River, and she has the product key attached to the side of her computer, so licensing isn't an issue.

I also had her download the USB-ISO tool, so she can make her USB drive bootable with the ISO, as she doesn't have blank DVD's to burn the ISO. I'm having her get some blank DVD's to see if that will work.

The problem is that the installation starts, and comes up with the "Install Now" button, and she clicks on that, but the install comes up asking for drivers for additional drives, as it can't find the existing Windows installation. I've tried having her remove the partition completely via "Diskpart", but that's proving too difficult (for her), and I can't get to her location to do this myself, as I'm about 2000 miles away, trying to do this all over facebook IM... lol

Anyone know what type of drivers this thing needs to get Win7 reinstalled? She doesn't have the factory disks, otherwise I would have just told her to stick that in and go from there...
