I looked at my BIOS recently and discovered that I could not configure it because it seems I need a new driver to do so. It suggested I look on my driver disk. I do not have one because my laptop was a gift from a friend who found it too slow. A driver disk is not available to me.

Should I try to find new drivers? If a good idea, is there a cost free source that will give me drivers that are correct for my Dell Inspiron Model 1150, vintage circa 2002, with guidance to the order in which the drivers should be installed ? Is this too driving a wish ?
