Im an IT person and I recently performed a fresh install of a specialized database program on an XP virtual machine using Paradox 9 and WordPerfect 2000 and whenever I open it up, it shows me this error.

I'm at my whit's end because this is a very old program and I haven't found a solution anywhere and so far everyone I've asked who knows about it is too busy or telling me that it's my job and I need to fix it. Help me!
