New Build windows 7 install problem

Hi there,
I've recently built the first pc i've ever built for my friend for his birthday. Though the build has gone well, the airflow is fine and temps are running low, I can't seem to install Windows 7.

The Spec is as follows;

MB: ASRock x79 Extreme 3
Processor: i7 3860 3820 3.60Ghz
Patriot 8Gb Ram
PSU :Coolermaster 750W
Windows 7

I'm having trouble with the Bios and exactly how I should set it up, as the windows logo hangs when installing and won't go any further.

Any more info you need please just let me know as help is much appreciated, my friend still doesn't have his present working!
