Desktop computer Dell 1100

I have a dell desktop 1100 computer which i reinstalled windows XP and now i have no sound. i open the device manager and found that the multimedia audio controller driver is not installed. I tried to install the driver from the internet but it cannot find the hardware, also from the sound video and game controller. I do not have the driver CD for windows XP. Please help as soon as possible.
