Solved: 24' TV as monitor

I was using a 24' TV as a monitor. And on PC #1 the screen was fully covered by the picture or screen the PC put on the TV.

I then connected another PC to TV and the picture or screen that PC #2 put on the TV screen did not cover the first and last 2 5/8" of the physical TV screen.

I know there are some settings that cause the difference in how much of the screen of the TV PC #1 and #2 use for a monitor.

Could someone tell me how to make PC#2 use all of the screen size as the monitor?
