CS:GO Performs worse on ESEA servers

I can play on match making and stream on valves 64 tic servers but I just signed up for ESEA and the 128 tic servers give me choke and It doesn't feel smooth at all. I have tried server things in console I even tried a console config but for some reason it won't load everything up in the console. Is there any reasons for this? My fps maybe?

I have a 50 mbps download and a 11 mbps upload.

HD Radeon 6850.
