This is such a stupid problem to be having :( I cant open anything that has to do with the computer. Like shortcuts or files, once I get an app open it runs fine but its getting the app open that's the hard part. Sometimes if I right click and select run as administrator it will work for certain things. I'm trying to find out my cpu ram and video card info and I keep right clicking on computer in the start menu to open properties and it wont open. Neither will it open when I open the computer file and click system properties. My avast shortcut wont open either so I cant scan for virus's :( Help...
