Creating configuration file in excel

Hello,

I am looking into ways of creating a way to rapidly make and create a router configuration file. Possibly through excel or another way. I know I can just edit the file in wordpad, but due to the volume of configurations, something that saves time would be helpful. Any input would be appreciated.
