So it looks like my system is not using its display driver. I have tried reinstalling the chipset driver from a dell website, but to no avail.

I don't really know how it happened, I left for work with my pc on, when I came back some stuff wouldn't run and I discovered that this must be why. Reinstalling the driver didn't work and my not so creative mind cannot think of any other possible solutions.
Any help will be appreciated!
