How do I change how Windows 7 Home Premium Logs in

Right now when I log on to win7 home premium I am presented with a choice to log in as myself or as the administrator. How do I change this so I automatically log into myself AS administrator. I do NOT want to have a choice. I want to directly boot into Windows 7 home premium as the administrator.

Also I want to give myself all administrator privileges. I hate this popups and error messages saying that I do not have permission etc, etc, or the administrator has disabled etc, etc, etc..
