I am running Windows 7 and IE9. I just became aware of a problem while shopping on line and again trying to upload a file to my Health Care FSA account. Here is the scenario:
While shopping at Walmart.com, I was logged in and selected an item to purchase. I put it in my cart and then accessed my cart. It was there. I then tried to click on "proceed to checkout" The screen reacts but just goes back to my cart page again. I tried it several times - same result. I tried it on my other computer and all was fine.
While on my FSA account (Health Flexible Spending Account), I was attempting to submit a claim. There is a link to upload a scanned receipt. When I click on it, it doesn't react at all. Once again, all is fine with my other computer.
Cookies are enabled. Scripting is enabled. Java applets scripting enabled. I did a system restore to a month back. Same problem. I'm sure it's something in my browser setup but what? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
