I have MS Office 2007. XP with latest updates.
When I added Quick Books Pro 2013 upgrade from QB pro 2009 and tried to import and merge contacts I started to get error messages, THE SYSTEM HAS RECOVERED FROM A SERIOUS ERROR. The merge with Outlook contacts and QB Pro 2013 seemed to be fine.
Now if I try to search for a name for an email or contact I keep getting a message that says Outlook is Indexing files. According to the message I have 5273 contacts that are being indexed. How do I fix this? FYI I ready tried the TOOLS- INDEXING fix according to Google search but that resolved nothing.
Sales rep at big box store tells me I need Windows 8 but 3 friends in IT say stay away from Windows 8 until MS fixes the issues.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
