Hi, I just recently purchased speakers for my desktop. Originally, I had only my headset which consists of audio and a mic. What I've been having with, is switching between which device I would like to use. Currently, I'm using my speakers that I just bought to listen to music, etc etc. If I want to listen to music or whatever through my headset, I have to plug the green audio cable back into the front of my computer. If I want to listen to music or whatever through just my speakers, I simply disconnect the headset green audio cable from my computer and everything is good. My speaker's audio cable is also connected to the back of my desktop btw. The problem I'm having, is I want to have both audio connections connected into my computer, (one in the back one in the front) but if I have the speaker's cable in the back, and I plug my headset cable into the front, it only shows 1 audio device, when there are 2 (speakers and headset). I want to do this because I want to be able to talk to skype friends through my headset, and have all other sounds coming through my speakers for privacy purposes. I believe it's called stream routing but I cannot do this as even though there are 2 audio devices connected, it only shows 1 audio device in the playback devices tab. I would be very appreciative if somebody could help me solve this problem. Thanks!
