Move File, Source Directory Variable

Hi all, I've searched forum after forum with no results, trying to find some code that will copy a file, namely a help file, "Quotations Help.chm, to a folder named C:\Quotations. The problem is that I don't know the source directory where the user will be storing the main folder containing the workbook and the help file. The destination folder will be created when the workbook opens. I know there is a "Batch" file that will do this but I don't really want to go that route.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
