inspiron 3250 not connecting to manual connection

my in-laws bought a dell inspiron 3250 a while back and recently it will not connect to the internet. i figured it was b/c a driver needed to be updated but i can not manually connect to the internet on it as well. here is a copy of the ipconfig /all
