permanent record of email

I have Windows 8 and am wondering if there is a way to post my email address permanently. I am so tired of putting in my email address on almost every site I visit. I check the remember password link but it rarely supplies my email. I.ve copied and pasted my email but once I copy and paste something else it disappears. Is there a permanent way to do this?
