Brand New LG Phone Not Working

Hi,

I just bought a LG P999 Optimus G2X - 4G phone. This is only the 2nd day of use.
The battery was just fully charged. But it suddenly turned off and won't turn back on.
Also, before it turned off, it was very hot.
