When I download quicktime 7.7.4, during the install I get an error message indicating it can't proceed as a file is missing. The file it is seeking is listed as C:\DOCUME~1\Bill\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP090.TMP\
I've done a search for IXP090.TMP but with no success.
How can I overcome this?
Secondly, could the absence of quicktime be the reason I can't get Youtube clips to run in Firefox but can in Internet Explorer?
