After virus: CMD loads before desktop

I just removed the FBI Moneypak virus from a user's personal computer. When I do it at work, I can just move their local data somewhere and give them a new profile, but I'm trying to keep the main profile on this user's computer so nothing has to be done outside of removing the virus and the visible tracks that it was there.

After the virus was gone and I ran MB/CCleaner/etc, everything was back to normal except upon logging into her profile, a command prompt would automatically pop up before the desktop would load (similar to how the virus acts) with the following text in the prompt:
c:\users\christine\documents\31e36b34.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

c:\windows\system32>
I'm guessing that 31e36b34.exe is what the virus used to refer to. From there, I can run "explorer.exe" and the desktop will start up fine, and then after exiting the command prompt, you would never know there was a virus on the computer.

Any suggestions on how to rid the computer of looking for this exe before loading the desktop?

Thanks in advance.
