nothing loads everything crashes.

Hey.
Something wierd has happened just now.
After I got a bluescreen I restart my computer and vista and mothinf seems to load.
Sometimes i can have vista open for ten minutes then everything stops working again.
I can move the mousd pointer around and i can click on applications but they wont star tat all. I cant even turn the computer off normaly i have to hold down the fysical button.
Now i am in safe mode i have no internet.
