Reboot or Insert a boot device

I am having a PC.
Processor: Intel P4

I am not able to boot my PC using CD- ROM. When I tried to configure boot priority device in BIOS as CD Drive the option is not available. The two options given are 1. Floppy Disk 2. Disabled.
So please help me to boot my PC. That will be so kind of you.
