MSN email was hack however my friend made call

My friend has msn email account and was hack. and he call somebody that saying was from microsoft.
Allow him to get into his computer using logmein account... so. this person log and went into cmd and did something
I got pictures of this .. that my friend took while this persons was working.
Well my question is that my friend has big quickbook account and looks in the picture that this person went into his file.
I clean his computer and I post here for help, but our friends are busy and still waiting for answer well..
I need to know if I can advise him about his accounts??
