my pc wont start normally

ok i was on my this morning for a couple of hrs (5) and saw i had to go to work i press the shut down button from start menu it was shutting down and it stuck where it said closing windows i thought it was updating so i left it for a few minutes but i had no more time to spare to i hold down the power button and went on my way to work..i came back that night going to put on my pc (windows 7 professional) when i saw this came up on a black screen

PLEASE I NEED HELP THAT ALL THAT CAME on my screen and i tried all the F11,F6,F2 but notting worked i recently installed advance system care 6.3 on my PC along with it components that u can download e.g driver booster,iobit malware remover and such
(please note) this computer isnt the pc i am referring to so i cant give u specs of the pc )
