Office 2013 won't receve e-mails

Shut down computer for 1 week while on vacation. When I re-started the pc, the e-mails that were received were not in Outlook. I have my phone set to receive e-mails and I received them there just fine. I checked my settings and a copy is to remain on the server. Any advice?
