Sound driver

Please I have an Advent 6651 Laptop. The operating system is windows 7 ultimate. My problem is that most times when I start the computer it does not play sound and shows this message. "No Audio Output Device Is Installed. Some times it works and can play sounds, I have downloaded and installed Realtek HD Audio Driver yet the problem was not solved. Please What do I do?
