Hello, am trying to get rid of the SweetIM pain in the butt malware. To download your app i had to disable the antivirus cos its being a pain and not recognizing my acct as admin.


When i ran spybot, i got SweetIM SBI$D98EA100 Program Directory C:\Windows System32\jmdp
I couldn't find it to remove it.

Went into Programs and Features deleted a program file in the programs and features that was an updater for SweetPacks2.0.0.586, That is the only thing i have been able to find there.

Hijack This: i get a window saying"

i closed that window and in the scan log i saw and removed a R1..that had the name sweetIM, Below is the HijackThis log file is the scan i did immediately after i restarted, ran spybot and found i still have the damn thing...atho the HJT doesn't show the RI from SweetIM anymore.

grrrrrr...please tell me i have to get rid of my bookmarks etc. on the Chrome and start all over again...(lie to me....:rolleyes:) ;)
