Strange 'Network 5' has appeared and is interfering..

Hello.
Over the last week, I had noticed that (from the picture) the internet connection has said that it's not on, yet I can browse the internet and play online games perfectly.
The Network 5 is interfering with LAN games and I cannot connect to other's on a LAN network.
As you can also see from the picture, Network 5 has no connection.
How do I get rid of this Network?
I have nothing plugged in besides an Ethernet cable, and I have no wireless card.
