if have multiple network. Assign a program to a specific network

Hi Guys,

Just joined this site thinking i will get an answer to my long burning question.

I have two network connections. one WIFI and the other is through my phone nokia E63. (NPCIA) connection. I need this Nokia connection to assign to a particular program. and for all other purpose i need wifi to be used.

phone is slow connection so i need this particular program to access only through that. wifi is fast so i can use for downloads etc..

is there any way i can do this?? or even a third party software which can do this??

I am using windows 7. x32
