I dropped my laptop today not very high in.the air. I tried turning it on and it gave me.options to start start Windows normally or go in to repair mode. I tried starting Windows normaly but it.keeps on the windows starting.screen. I tried repair mode and then it just went to a grey screen with the cursor on it except the grey screen had some graphics on it. No dialog boxes in repair mode... i tryed to get into safe mode but.i I have to press function key to get the f8 key... but it doesn't work to get into safe mode.... I don't know what to do????
