I have tried everything from rebooting to updating device drivers and I can not get my lap top to connect to my wifi. Other computers and phones are connecting with no problem. This just started with this computer yesterday. The trouble shooter is telling me I have a problem with my internet driver adapter. As I said I have tried updating that with no luck. I can only access the internet with the Earthnet cable.
I am using windows 7 service pk 1 I believe. When I look at my drivers it says disabled but when I enable it nothing changes. I have rebooted several times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am rather computer illiterate but can't afford to take it to a tech either so plz be patient. I will follow any directions but may need more directions than some. Thank you in advance.:confused:
