Motorola Razr - Touch screen not working, would like to retrieve files

Hi,

I have a motorola Razr. The touch screen is not working anymore. I tried resetting the phone, and it is still not working.

I don't mind that the phone is broken, but I would like to retrieve my photos. When I plug it to my computer with the usb cord, I am unable to see the drive on my computer. Usually I would have to change the setting on my phone.
I don't have a memory card.
