windows 7 home premium. for the past few months every time i shut down my computer it shows up to 28 windows updates to install before shut down but every time they all fail. i have no idea why. have some other issues too, like mcafee wouldn't install because it said there was a windows file missing; graphics card driver wont install either. thinking maybe a windows re-install is called for? just looking for some feedback or advice. thanks.
