couple weeks ago i started my computer and both dvd drives were gone. computer doesn't show them in my computer and they won't work, but they show up as the computer boots in one of the start up screens. in device manager it says they need drivers but when i try to update them it says they don't need drivers. how do i get them back? could it be a bad cable or something since both went out together? any way to tell before i open it up? i built this computer. Asus motherboard, AMD II X4 processor, windows 7 home premium 64 bit 12 gig ram.
