My computer is running windows 7 64bit on an amd motherboard. Recently it has started flashing to a blue screen and then restarting itself. It is to the point now that I cannot use the computer at all now. I can turn it on and enter my password then it will act like it is starting up but after a few seconds it flashes to the blue screen for a second and restarts. I have started it in safe mode and tried system restore, but system restore reports back that the attempt failed.
