Advices for Building a custom computer

I am trying to build a custom computer for myself. I am not sure if it is viable.

Processor: Intel i5-3330
Motherboard: Gigabyte H77M-D3H or MSI H77MA-G43
Memory: Kingston HyperX Genesis 1600Mhz 2x4GB
Graphic Card: MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 OC 1GB DDR5
PSU: Cooler Master Extreme 2 series 475W
Casing: Cooler Master USP100
Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue 500GB 16GB Cache
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1

I only play a few games like League of Legends. I would like to run it at ultra high settings. Will this build works?

Do I have any better choice if I am willing to fork out some more money? Any suggestion is welcomed. Thank you very much for taking your time. :)
